Lucy Hone combines academic research through AUT’s Human Potential Centre with professional training/consultancy in the science of wellbeing and resilience as a co-founder of The 100% Project. The widespread and international success of her blog attracted a book deal in 2015 and What Abi Taught Us (a practical guide to resilient grieving) is now available in all good bookshops.

Lucy trained with the field’s leading academics (Martin Seligman, Karen Reivich, Chris Peterson, Angela Duckworth, Barb Fredrickson, George Vaillant, Roy Baumeister, and Ed Diener) on the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania.

She’s lucky enough to live with her family in the South Island of New Zealand.
